I first met Baofeng and Stefan Schmidt back in December 2010. They own a very successful Dive Centre in Puerto del Carmen and were looking for a 3 bedroom villa in the Playa Blanca area. From looking at our website they had a shortlist of potential properties and it didn't take them long to find their dream home.

As with all property sales in Lanzarote the first port of call was to choose a lawyer to oversee the buying process. With that ball rolling it was then just a matter of picking a suitable time for both owner and buyer to complete at the Notary Office. This whole process from start to finish normally takes 2-4 weeks.
