If you were heading in to the resort from Yaiza keep going straight ahead at the petrol station and bus station roundabout, as you are heading straight for the sea in the centre of Playa Blanca there is a right hand turn, our office is on this corner.

There are two types of options available:

1. You commit to purchasing the property by reserving it and paying a 10% deposit and signing a purchase contract and then rent it until the agreed completion date with the monthly rent normally being deducted from the sales price.

2. You rent the property with an option to purchase during the period of the rent contract. There is a simple agreement separate to the rent contract that states the price agreed and the amount of rent that will be deducted from the sales price if you proceed.
